?What You Will Do
- Design, develop, and optimize products of laser sources and materials, micro-optics, applied in optical communication, consumer electronics, pan-semiconductor, automotive, industrial and medical and health applications.
- Develop and optimize specific technical platforms and drive product innovation and technology implementation.
- Design experiments, simulations, and system architectures, perform data analysis, and prepare professional technical documentation.
- Translate research breakthroughs into manufacturable solutions.
- Collaborate across global engineering, product, and manufacturing teams.
- Contribute to patents, publications, and strategic technology roadmaps.
This role provides direct exposure to high-impact innovation programs with executive visibility.
Who We’re Looking For
We seek intellectually curious, technically rigorous, and execution-driven researchers.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD graduates from universities worldwide with majors including Optical Engineering, Photonics, Microelectronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Strong academic background with practical experience from research projects, laboratory work, or relevant internships.
- Proven ability to use AI to solve difficult technical problems.
- Self-motivated, innovative, adaptable, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in English for professional workplace communication.
